Andy Tuffour

Real Estate Debt · Equity · Capital Markets

Andy Tuffour has worked across real estate debt and equity, with exposure to transactions totalling approximately $5B across development, repositioning, and value-add projects.

At VA Capital, he underwrote and structured conventional and private debt financing for commercial real estate, including large-scale transactions in the $40M–$100M range across acquisition, refinance, and construction.

He later joined Groupe Mach (~$15B AUM), where he contributed to the analysis and execution of real estate investments and loans across a portfolio exceeding $1B in asset value.
